Mets minor leaguer Tim Tebow is batting a thousand off the field after coming to the aid of a fan having a seizure.  Tebow was in the stands signing autographs after his first Arizona Fall League game yesterday, when 30-year-old Brandon Berry collapsed.  Tebow leaned over a short wall and tried to talk to Berry.  He didn’t respond so Tebow put his hand on Berry’s leg, bowed his head and started praying.  Within minutes, Berry regained consciousness with a coughing fit.  Off the field, the former quarterback turned baseball player went 0-for-3, with three groundouts. If a woman can be president, who’s to say a man can’t be a CoverGirl. On Tuesday, the makeup company’s current spokesperson, Katy Perry, announced James Charles as the first ever “CoverBoy” on her Instagram page. Charles, a 17-year-old “aspiring makeup artist,” started using makeup only a year ago but already has more than 430,000 followers on Instagram, the Huffington Post reports. According to People, Charles will appear in TV, print, and digital ads for “So Lashy” mascara later this month and will work with CoverGirl through 2017. CoverGirl says it wants to work with “role models and boundary-breakers, fearlessly expressing themselves, standing up for what they believe, and redefining what it means to be beautiful,” Teen Vogue reports.

I am so beyond excited and overwhelmed and happy and astonished and of course, SHOOK, to announce that I am the newest face of @covergirl. First ever male ambassador for the brand and I am so honored and excited to be working with such an iconic brand. I started my Instagram one year ago to inspire others and as an artistic outlet to challenge myself creatively. I truly hope that this shows that anyone and everyone can wear makeup and can do anything if you work hard. I can't wait to share with you all what we have in store, but trust me when I say it's gonna be real good. 😊💕 make sure you check out @covergirl's page for more info coming soon, and my new bff @katyperry as well for a cute pic! 😉 Thank you all so much. This would not be possible without all of you.

America is in the midst of an unprecedented creepy-clown epidemic, with some schools temporarily closing or banning clown costumes for Halloween and as more and more police are being called to investigate mischievous clowns cropping up from coast to coast. The eerie sightings have gotten so bad that even America’s most recognizable clown, Ronald McDonald, is keeping a low profile and hiding out these days, reports the AP. McDonald’s corporate office announced that it is being “thoughtful in respect to Ronald McDonald’s participation in community events” as a result of the “current climate around clown sightings in communities.”
