A new video shows Hope Solo freaking out after learning she’s been suspended by U.S. Soccer for calling Sweden’s team “a bunch of cowards” at the 2016 Olympics. The clip, filmed for the upcoming docu-series Keeping Score, shows the goalkeeper crying as she speaks to her husband. “Terminated contract! Not just a suspension! It’s bull.” She then shouts, “Seventeen ****ing years and it’s over!” On Tuesday, Solo announced she is prematurely ending her season with the Seattle Reign.

Chris Brown has been released from jail after he was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a daylong standoff and search of his home that began when a woman called 911 and accused the singer of pointing a gun at her. Brown denied any wrongdoing in posts on Instagram during the standoff, and said he had woken up to find police outside his property. Police who responded to the 911 emergency call spent hours surrounding the home before obtaining a search warrant.

A year after revealing her lupus diagnosis, Selena Gomez has decided to take some time off to deal with side effects of the illness, including “anxiety, panic attacks and depression.” The singer and actress recently wrapped up her Revival World Tour in support of her 2015 album Revival. “I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off,” she said about her decision. Gomez told Billboard last October she had been undergoing chemotherapy to treat the disease.

Nick Vail is the new Bachelor. During the “Bachelor in Paradise” post show, “After Paradise,” Chris Harrison revealed that the Bachelor Nation alum will get his chance at love this fall. Bachelorette contestants, Luke Pell and Chase McNary were in talks for the title, but fan-favorite Vail snagged the spot. Vail said he’s excited for the journey, “It’s going to be a lot of fun and I’m very nervous but I can’t be more excited about the possibility of it actually working out.”
