We were already excited to see Eric Church at the Tacoma Dome in March of 2017, but now we can’t contain how CRAZY excited we are after seeing his fantastic cover of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah”.
Church wowed fans with the song at the Red Rock Amphitheatre in Colorado during his two-night stay according to Taste Of Country.
“I’m gonna try something here, this could go bad,” the Chief warned the crowd.
He told a story about how the last time he played this venue, as he was pulling out, he could still see the lights beaming on the rocks and “Hallelujah” was playing.
“I swear to God I have not practiced or anything, this was something I put it on my crew about an hour ago, so we’ll see.”
If the crowd’s reaction is anything to go by, Church had nothing to worry about.
Maybe fans will be treated to the song again when the Holdin’ My Own Tour makes a stop in WA.
