In anticipation of his forthcoming album, Kinda Don’t Care, Justin Moore has released the project’s title track.
“Kinda Don’t Care,” an anthem for jilted exes everywhere, is in keeping with the cocky cowboy persona that Moore’s cultivated since releasing his self-titled debut album in 2009.
Set for release on Aug. 12, Kinda Don’t Care is, according to Moore, his best piece of music to date.
“This is the best piece of music we’ve delivered because it gets more fun each time,” Moore told The Boot.
“Naming the album ‘Kinda Don’t Care’ is not meant to be nonchalant or careless; it’s meant to be a challenge to folks to live life a little more freely and be true to themselves.”
The full album will feature 11 other songs, penned by some of country music’s heaviest-hitting songwriters, including Jaren Johnston, Rhett Akins, and Rodney Clawson as well as a song called “More Middle Fingers” featuring Brantley Gilbert.
