The Seattle Seahawks are opening 13 training camp practices to fans at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center this summer in Renton. The team announced dates for the practices between July 30 and August 16. Fans interested in attending Seahawks Training Camp presented by Safeway must register on Seahawks.com. Registration begins Thursday, June 30 at 10 a.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. Last year, all practices sold out — with more than 34,000 fans attending.

Now Blake Shelton is lending his talents to NASCAR singing the opening song for NASCAR. Shelton rewrote the lyrics to his 2014 song “Bringing Back the Sunshine” and it will debut when the program returns on July 2 according to USA Today.
Tim Tebow was on a recent a Delta flight in which a passenger suffered a heart attack while travelling from Atlanta to Phoenix. Passengers and crew members tended to the man until the plane landed. One of the passengers was Tebow. He reportedly moved from his first class seat to the back of the plane to pray with the ill man’s wife and other passengers. Thanks to the aid of the crew, the man’s heart started beating upon landing, and he was met by paramedics on the runway. When the plane landed in Phoenix on Sunday, Tebow helped the family off the plane, picked up their luggage, and went with them to the hospital. The 2007 Heisman Trophy-winner stayed with them until they saddly found out the man passed away.

A Missouri woman went above and beyond when she discovered her fish was being bullied! Kiwi the 7-year-old salt water fish underwent surgery to have a blind eye replaced with a prosthetic because his owner said he was being harassed and attacked by his tank-mates after developing a cataract in his eye. They found a vet who knew just how to help. She replaced the eye with a hand-painted prosthetic to help fool the other fish in Kiwi’s tank into thinking he has two working peepers. Morgan said Kiwi is recovering well from his surgery, he’s eating, he’s swimming, he’s happy.
