Seahawks stars Russell Wilson and Marshawn Lynch, and Mariners slugger Robinson Cano have made ESPN’s list of 100 most famous athletes in the world. The list looks at earnings from salary, endorsements, their popularity on social media, and Google searches. Wilson comes in at No. 49, the retired(ish) Lynch lands at No. 61 and Robinson Cano comes in at No. 85. The top athletes were Christiano Ronaldo, LeBron James, Lionel Messi.

Arnold Schwarznegger has been in all kinds of action movies, but he got caught in a real life action scene while on safari in South Africa. An elephant charged his vehicle, and it was a serious situation. The elephant checked them out for a bit, and then started to walk away. But it hadn’t lost interest, it was preparing to come at them. Fortunately, their driver gunned it just as the elephant started running at them, and they got away before anyone was hurt.

It looks like Calvin Harris is about to have a song…or an entire album written about him. Harris and Taylor Swift have called it quits after 15 months of dating. A source said, “It just wasn’t working anymore and things just kind of fizzled out, so Calvin ended it. But Taylor is pretty upset because she stuck by him when he had his car accident last month.”

Normally kids tattle-tale on each other…not on their parents. But a 6-year-old named Robert called 911 this week to inform the Massachusetts Police Department that his dad had run a red light. “Daddy went past the red light,” Robert admitted to police. “We had to go to the car wash and then he went past the red light.” The officer then asked to speak to Robert’s embarrassed father, who chuckled and apologized after learning who his son was talking too.
