Carrie Underwood Dedicates ACC Win to Fan Killed By Drunk Driver

After Carrie Underwood’s powerful performance of “Church Bells”, she won the award for Best Female Vocalist at the American Country Countdown Awards.  Carrie thanked God first, then country radio,  and her fans.

Then Carrie dedicated the win to 10 year old Isley Thibodeaux who was killed by a drunk driver on her way home from Carrie’s concert at the Cajun Dome in Louisiana last Sunday.
