The Seattle Mariners underwent a major shakeup yesterday as Nintendo of America was bought out of their controlling interest in the team, and part-owner John Stanton took over as chairman and CEO in place of longtime head Howard Lincoln. The deal was worth around $1.4 billion.

Tinder is adding a new feature that allows users to see which of their friends are on the dating app. Tinder Social, as it’s being called, shows a list of your Facebook friends that use the app so that you can get together and go on dates with other groups of single people. (Because that’s not awkward at all.) In other words, if you’re married or in a relationship and on Tinder, everybody on Facebook is about to know what you’re up to.

Shortly after Prince passed, fans took to the auction sites to try and sell their Prince memorabilia. Someone is even trying to sell rain that fell in Minneapolis the day Prince died, naturally marketing it as “Purple Rain.” It did indeed rain in Minneapolis the day Prince died, however, good luck confirming that the water for sale is indeed rainwater from that day.
