Taylor Swift is no stranger to awards for topping the charts, so it’s no surprise that her cash flow is also a chart topper. The singer is No. 1 on Billboard’s Top 40 Money Makers list, bringing in a cool $39,699,575.60.
Swift’s Red Tour, album sales and sponsorships help contribute to the singer’s high earnings in 2013. Not far behind was Kenny Chesney who came in at No. 2 on the list. Chesney’s 2013 release, “Life on a Rock,” and his $90 million No Shoes Nation tour helped the singer bring in a total of $32,956,240.70
Rounding up the top three money makers was Justin Timberlake who exploded back onto the music scene after taking a seven-year break. Timberlake’s first album since 2006, digital sales, solo tour along with a tour with Jay-Z gave him a total earning of $31,463,297.03
