The “adorable alert” scale crashed Friday after Brooklynn, the little girl who played a role in Carrie Underwood‘s music video for “See You Again,” joined the country star on stage at the Washington State Fair in Puyallup. The capacity crowd went absolutely nuts when Brooklynn walked over to Carrie to join her for the song…
Carrie told the crowd Brookylnn was the least-shy three-year-old she’d ever met. For one, Brooklyn was definitely not shy about requesting a pink microphone backstage beforehand!
In the music video, Brooklynn plays the girl who runs up to her dad who had just returned from a tour of duty overseas.
The video acts as a collage of major life moments: graduating from college, getting engaged, having kids, and the ultimate end in death. In between each vignette, soldiers going off to war and coming back to surprise their family members are displayed, as is devastating footage from Moore, Oklahoma and the tragic Newtown, Connecticut shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
