Kenny Chesney watched the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombings in horror and has decided to help those injured in the April 15 tragedy.
According to All Access Music Group, Chesney has established Spread The Love: A Fund For Boston through the Boston Medical Center to pay for prosthetics and post-acute care needed by the bombing victims.
