Luke Bryan’s single “Drunk On You” became his fifth career Number One this week, and to celebrate, today he posted a special live video version of the song.
“Hey ya’ll, it’s Luke here,” a beaming Bryan says at the start of the video. “‘Drunk on You’ just went Number One, we’re really excited. And as a gift to the fans, we’re doing a special ‘Drunk on You’ live video. So here it is.”
The video is a montage of live footage from recent shows–including shots of both Luke on stage and the crowd holding up signs, dancing, cheering, and singing along.
The song is taken from Tailgates & Tanlines, Bryan’s platinum-selling third album, released last August and, obviously, still going strong.
With “Drunk On You,” Bryan unseats Eric Church, who owned it the past couple weeks with “Springsteen.”
Bryan recently won a CMT Music Award for “I Don’t Want This Night To End” and appeared as a guest on the TV special CMT Crossroads: Joe Walsh and Friends.
