It’s the time of year when losing an hour of sleep doesn’t feel so bad because it means more daylight and eventually warmer temperatures.

This Sunday morning at 2 AM is the official time to push the clocks one hour ahead to observe Daylight Savings Time. For many of us who rely on electronic time with the use of computers, smart phones and digital devices the chore is taken care of for us automatically. But if you rely on analog devices as well as the difficult to program car radio clocks, now is the time to start planning the time change.

The time change affects more than just us humans, because this will be the last time Russia changes the time because it stresses out their cows.
