Brain Geer, executive diretor of The Islands Chapter of the American Red Cross, was on with Candy + Potter this morning.  Chatting abuot how the region is healing after Friday’s deadly explosion at the Tesoro Refinery in Anacortes. 

You can help the familes:  The United Steelworkers Local 12-591 has set up a “Tesoro Incident Family Fund”.  This fund will be able to help the families of the incident during this time of need. This fund has been established by the Union the Tesoro employees belong to. This fund is not part of the Tesoro Corp and all of the funds will go directly to the families of those that have passed away, and also to the families of the survivors still fighting.
